“ I began my journey with AHF back in October.
I was 1 year post partum to my twin daughters. I was feeling very self conscious, had no confidence and was just beginning to accept the fact that this was how my body looks now.
4 months on and I can honestly say, WOW. that has all changed, I'm finally getting my confidence back and definitely starting to love my body. Toning up, gaining strength, pushing myself, my nutrition, watching and monitoring what l am eating. Changing my lifestyle and cutting certain things out.
Abbey created multiple workouts for me that I can do in my own home, as and when I get chance to. We came up with realistic and achievable goals to work towards. Every week she will do check ins, which personally, helps me and pushes me to keep going. I wouldn't have been able to do this without the support and mentoring I have had from Abbey. She is extremely passionate and works so hard for making someone like me feel so good about themselves. Hard work and determination has definitely paid off, but I wouldn't have been able to do it without her.”
