About Me

I help women build strength - in their bodies and minds - without obsession, guilt, or another fad diet.

As a psychology graduate (BSc, University of Manchester) and certified nutritionist, I don’t just coach fitness—I coach sustainable change. My approach is rooted in behavior science, because let’s be honest: willpower and meal plans alone don’t work. You need strategies that fit your life, not a rigid rulebook.

I’ve been where you are. Lost in the noise of social media, torn between "eat less, move more" and "love your body as it is," unsure how to actually feel confident. I struggled with disordered eating, a toxic relationship with exercise, and the belief that being smaller meant being happier.

Then, after gaining "happy relationship weight," I found strength training - and it changed everything. Not because it "fixed" my body, but because it taught me to trust myself again. It drove me to care for my body because of what it does for me, not just because of what it looks like.

Now, I combine my psychology background, nutrition expertise, and hard-earned empathy to help women:

- Ditch the all-or-nothing cycle (no more "good" vs. "bad" foods or workouts).

- Build habits that last (even on busy, stressful, or takeout-filled days).

- See fitness as self-care, not punishment.

This isn’t about getting you "shredded" or preaching a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s about giving you the tools, knowledge, and unshakable confidence to thrive on your terms — long after our work together.
